Hi, I’m Cael.
The idea about Cael Bar started when I was a chef in a local restaurant. I spent countless hours creating new recipes each week for customers and my creativity wasn’t going anywhere outside the restaurant doors. I wanted to create a product to export to the world that would benefit families.
One day while I was at home, I noticed my family rushing out the door with unhealthy snacks to give them energy. I thought to myself “What if I made a bar that was healthy and tasted way better than what they are eating?”
In an instant, the vision for Cael Bar was created. I immediately started recipe testing in my moms kitchen and soon the scope of the project expanded to where I needed a bigger space. I spent the next year building a full scale commercial kitchen out of a garage space and after a year of construction and recipe testing, Cael Bar was completed!
I am still just a small team consisting of my siblings and dad but we plan to keep supplying families with Cael Bars for years to come!
